This piece marks a quiet but resonant return — a weaving together of past textile practices and newly explored techniques. At its core is the golden hexagon, a recurring symbol in my work representing structure, interconnection, and the strength found in community — much like the hive, where individual efforts support a collective whole. In this piece, it acts as both veil and vessel, holding space for the layered chaos beneath it:
Threaded Echoes reflects the layered process of finding strength and beauty again. It brings together fragments of what once was and what is still forming. It is a collage of materials, memory, and community — held together by the invisible threads that shape both art and self.
